Luisa Stocco
My art practice explores art making as a process to understand the personal human psyche. Current work is influenced by the environment where I live, aiming to express human and nature’s codependent relationship. My methods and materials vary as I work on developing my visual language. I have over twenty years experience teaching in secondary and tertiary settings. I studied arts psychotherapy and have worked as an art therapist and psychotherapist since 2019. Currently I work full-time in my art practice and supports community art projects where I can. I have participated in small solo and group exhibitions and sold work through regional galleries.
